Set in the hilly terrain of Dehradun, this project brings together two private villas within a carefully designed landscape. Positioned on a slope, the layout connects the villas, staff quarters, and service areas through a well-planned network of pathways and gardens.

The gardens extend from the main deck, each oriented toward the mountains into a series of stepped terraces that open up to wide views. These terraces are planted with native meadows and native trees. The landscape design closely follows the site’s natural topography and is graded to guide water flow naturally, using swales and channels for efficient drainage, while maintaining the site’s ecological integrity.
